This beautiful holiday home is a modern 3-bedroomed town house in the centre of Coral Bay Resort, providing luxurious and spacious accommodation over three floors for up to 7 people, consisting of:

The two top-floor bedrooms have fantastic views over the coast and mountains. The master bedroom contains a double bed, and benefits from the coastal view with Paphos lighthouse a clear landmark to the east, and the setting sun to the west. The second bedroom has a single-bed and bunk beds, and looks out on the Peyia hills, and the mountains towards Polis. On the lower floor a large double bedroom has garden views and it's own large patio area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned to ensure that you can escape the glorious Cyprus sunshine when you need to cool off. Overall accommodation is provided for seven guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and integrated shower, whilst on the middle level there is a cloakroom providing an additional WC.
For outdoor living there are a number of choices. There is a balcony off the living area with amazing views of the Med. and the setting sun.
Downstairs there is a shaded patio area, which is ideal for breakfast, or just lazing around. And there is also a small garden if you just want to lie out in the sun.
This accommodation has all the creature comforts, including two Italian leather pocket sprung sofas, which you’ll find hard to leave! So if you fancy a quiet night in, why not crack open a bottle of red wine and watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. Or just sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the Mediterranean
